The breakfast was always amazing. Healthy options and helpful staff. The front desk staff were always helpful with their knowledge and we're very welcoming. The only complaints, really aren't complaints. The beds were not what we are used to in the Untied States, and it was a shared bathroom on a separate floor. But that's because I am cheap and came for the experience, not the in-room shower. There was a sink in the bedroom, and that helped a lot. Overall, definitely consider staying here. Just minutes to Marienplatz and the Glochenspiel!

Definitely recommend! I was apprehensive about booking a single room (I worried it would be very barebones and small), but it was so comfortable. Perfect for a solo traveler. Fantastic location, wonderful staff!

Place was fine. Location was amazing. The bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. Shower was poorly designed and caused leaking to the bathroom floor when in use. For some reason the bathroom radiator was much more powerful than the others necessitating propping it open overnight. WiFi was very patchy.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the location was convenient. I wish I had realized that there were made-to-order breakfast items available (there was a very tiny menu nestled on each table in the dining room, but I didn't even notice it until I heard others ordering eggs cooked to order on my last day). I did have some challenges with housekeeping in that some days it seemed like the room cleaning in general started at 9:30 am but my room itself did not get cleaned until after 4 pm, so perhaps there were some staffing issues, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only issue I had was walking down a flight of stairs to go to the bathroom. But that's my fault, not the hotel's. It was an economy room and I'm cheap. Breakfast phenomenal!

The location is walkable to most of the old city center in a safe neighborhood. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags until our room was ready. Desk staff gave great advice on restaurants and modes of transport to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The only problem is the one step drop in our hallway that blends in due to the carpet pattern. They have a similar condition in the lobby with a strip of light on it. They need at least contrasting tape to show this one.
