I very much enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was walking distance to everything. Our room was very spacious and clean. The shower was large and had amazing water pressure. Check-in was easy, you do it yourself at a kiosk in the lobby. We were able to leave our luggage early while we explored the city. We spoke to a staff member prior to arriving and they made this happen with no issues at all. Very convenient if you are arriving early. I would definitely stay here again!

No breakfast, in fact no registration desk either. If by chance someone is there, everything is digital. Including scanning your own room key card. Called apartments but we just had a room with a bed and bathroom. Room was very small. Mattress was way too soft for anyone, sunk in so far you could almost feel the springs. Name of hotel is not Hotello Lethel, but Bob W. confusing. but location was excellent,close to the market in Munich,

If you stay at the Bob W in Munich just hope you don’t end up with apartment 001, Right outside the kitchen next door constant noise of plates and cutlery jangling around til late in the evening and if that’s not enough. The cellar below your room will wake you with the delivery of barrels in the morning. If that’s not enough to take your fancy then you can enjoy the rustling or RATS in the bins directly outside your window late into the evening.

Great place except - no AC, but there is a fan. The cleaning only happens once a week. But they will replenish the towels. Noise - there is a tram line close by, so you will hear the trams coming and going at all the times except from maybe like 2am-5am. So if you are hot and you crack open the window, you can hear the trams.

What a wonderful Gem in the middle of Glockenbach. I‘m very much impressed by this hotel. The design of the lobby and room are very chic and comfortable. Furthermore, you can always text Bob for any questions via Whatsapp. Also the lady at the reception was very kind. I will definitely book this gem again!

Loved the location! Walking distance to everything. Wish we had the option of booking a room with AC or Fridge, but would stay here again even without those options. We stayed here in June and it was hot but tolerable, especially with the fan they provided. The place was clean, and in the best location- walking distance to tram, bus and train and Marienplatz and the like. The restaurant next door had wonderful drinks!

It is really well located. My room was small, bathroom was excellent. No air conditioning and it was noisy. the whole “tech” check-in is a bit of a drag I was there for 10 days and the cleaning service colleted my trash on the second day and forgot about me. My bathroom trash can was overflowing, They also never bothered to replace the towels after a few days nor properly clean the room. Not the service I expected.

The location was great, close to old town, yet quiet. The check in was contactless and difficult. Be sure to read the email yhat is sent from the hotel. Lastly while the room was clean, it was smaller than the photo of the room i thgought we booked. And if you want a full service cleaning during your stay there is a 35 euro charge for each time, ee stayed for 6 days.
