The hotel is a good modern hotel with good facilities. My room was a good size, comfortable bed with good quality linen. The bathroom had a shower with a good flow of water which could be easily controlled for hot and cold water. There was also a microwave, two hobs, kitchen sink and fridge. Plates and cutlery was obtained from staff downstairs. I used the microwave, but don't know where you would get utensils to use the hob as there were none in the cupboard.
The breakfast was a self-service buffet. The supplies were kept topped-up by friendly staff. There was an excellent selection of cereals, yogurt and fruit, cold meats and salamis, sausages and cheese. A wide variety of breads and spreads was fresh daily. Staff brought coffee immediately and tea could be self-made.
The location is excellent within a very short walk of the Frankfurter Ring U Bahn station with a frequent 10 minute journey to the centre of Munich. There are several café/restaurants and takeaways close by and an Aldi across the road. The hotel does not provide meals other than breakfast.
My only complaint is that the room maid changed the towels daily and bed linen without being asked, despite there being a notice in the bathroom stating the hotel's policy of only changing towels when they are left on the floor - mine were hung on the rail - and a card by the bed to be placed on the bed when a change is required. This was ignored too as I didn't put the card on the bed. All this was reported.
