This was a very nice hotel with a number of unexpected benefits, e.g., free minibar drinks and snacks. Biggest selling point- outstanding staff- super friendly and helpful. Con- decor is in very dark colors.

Public areas are great but the rooms aren’t the best. Beds are basic and no tea/coffee facilities in the room. Very dark.

A little difficult to locate the hotel from the train station. The room was modern, but I prefer basic amenities. Minibar didn't keep my items cold. The hotel is central located to transportation and shopping. Walkable to everything.

Everything was okay until an employee came into our room unannounced around midnight. We were frightened. He said it was a mistake but then it happened again at 7am. We immediately checked out and left. We were told that we would be refunded our entire stay but that has not happened.
