2-star hotel, NOT a 3-star hotel

The room for wasn’t upto standards of a 3 star hotel. Poor ventilation in the room and hence, it felt humid in there. Had to ask for things like towel and toilet paper instead of those things just being there in the room. No curtain in the bathroom, so the water goes out close to the toilet when taking a shower, so it can feel a bit yucky.

Absolutely shocking first day bedding not clean no soap no toilet roll kicked off straight away tv sorted out bedding changed soap brought but no toilet roll given good job i had my own attitude staff was they dont use toilet roll on leaving i was asked for further 120 rupees i stood my ground didnt pay they said i owed for water i never asked for or touched hotel is a shocker wouldnt reconnebd to anyone although manager was quick to try to rectify when i comfronted him
