Experience the original Africa in a villa with every comfort. Situated away from the crowds of tourists and beach vendors. Enjoy the sunrise on a kilometre-long unspoilt beach or watch the sea eagles. Old trees and a constant light breeze from the sea ensure a pleasant climate.
Secure parking is available in the grounds. The villa is situated on a 2800 square metre plot with old cashew nut trees. The garden can be used. There is also a balcony and terrace as well as a rowing boat.
The villa was completely renovated in 2020. The makuti roof was replaced by concrete ceilings and fans in the bedrooms cool the rooms. Your villa has two bedrooms (double beds 2x2 metres) with attached bathrooms, gallery room with balcony, living room with TV, DVD and a pool table, dining room, terrace and well-equipped kitchen. The bathrooms have a washbasin, shower and WC, one bathroom also has a bidet. The electricity supply is European and there is a private well. The bedrooms are equipped with a fan. The renovation has created a fantastic roof terrace with a view of the sea. Breakfast and dinner are now also available on the roof terrace. Free WLAN throughout the house.
You only have to buy the groceries. The fishermen come to the house every day and offer their catch. Otherwise there are many small shops in the village where you can cover your daily needs. The district hospital is only 500 metres away and offers good care in an emergency. There are banks with ATMs in Diani Beach and all major credit cards and EC cards can be used to withdraw money. Shopping facilities are about 1.5 kilometres away.
A maid takes care of the daily cleaning and your personal chef is available six days a week to spoil you with culinary delights.
