Very bad experience

There was very little hot ware so when taking a shower it ran cold after only two minutes, this was caused due to the water heater being of insufficient capacity for us to carry out our daily hygiene routines.The flat was not heated in any way and was very cold and damp, temperatures dropped to single figures at night on more than one occasion.There was no instructions or guide as to where the laundry (washing machine) was located.There were numerous other items, too many to mention now but needless to say we would never stay with this landlord ever again and I will be looking fo a refund from Vrbo as you are the vendor.
Stayed 24 nights in Dec 2024
