pity about the paper cups in the rooms, cheap nespresso substituites, terrible wifi, lack of hot water, and a underprovided breakfast. But the staff were lovely and the room reasonalble.

Everything was very good to excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. Only reservation was the insufficient air conditioning, it did not keep the room cool.

When we arrived we had t checked about parking( our fault I just assumed we could) but their car park was full and the receptionist kindly let us stay in one of the disabled spots as we were leaving by 10 am. I was very grateful for this after a long drive. She mentioned roof boxes are a problem as the car parks are all underground.. otherwise lovely stay on our way back from skiing.

Overnight stay for a family of 3 on our way to Calais. Perfect location to explore Reims. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was served from 6am which was great as we were up early.
