Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Please note: Living room shares a wall with the separate studio space there is a recently installed new wall that will shield the sound, thus you are not likely to hear anyone in the studio in the event it is occupied during your stay. The house shares outdoor garbage/recycling bins as well as laundry room with the separate studio space.
