Overall the very warm receptionist especially the one who assisted us in booking the Amalfi boat tour was very very nice. From greeting us in the morning to us leaving, he was very pleasant and friendly. I am giving him a 10 rating. Very nice guy

Quiet place to stay to visit Vesuvius National Park and Herculaneum Archaeological Park. Beautiful grounds and large parking lot. Friendly reception and staff. Good breakfast. Rooftop terrace bar was closed when we visited end of March, but we still were able to enjoy the view of the sea, Sorrento and Capri. The balcony off our room had a great view of Vesuvius!

Generally a nice place to stay with good parking. Beds were a little hard and room was too hot ( unable to turn on cooling) but overall great staff and nice and clean. I think the reed diffuser is a bit overpowering in lobby. Breakfast is great with a lot of choice. No ramp to get heavy bags down to reception. Very small shower but great water pressure. We had a great view of the bay and Vesuvius after upgrading.

Even though it was for 1 night, I had a wonderful time staing at hitel Marad. I had a hard time getting to the hotel by public transportation (not sure if it was due to the sunday schedule but the nearby bus 001 E was hard to find). Once in the property, you have to walk down the path and the reception is on the right. The host apoke englisj. Checkin was quick. Once you get in the room, slide your key on that machine on the wall to activate the light switches; otherwise, the switches wont turn on. The hotel recommended me pizzeria Mennella for dinner (forst meal of the day) and I was very satisfied. The pizza order is a whole pie but it was so light that I wasnt bloated or stuffed at all. I ordered a tiramisu and baba au rum (soaked but not mushy at all) from their bakery next door. I went to bed very happy. The breakfast was continetal style but it was really great with many choices. Hot cocoa available upon request. Again, my stomach was satisfied without the feeling of fullness. For transport convenience, the front desk can call a driver for you. Each ride for me was 30€ which was good pricing overall. Although he didnt apeak English, making the effort to speak italian will motivate him to go above and beyond. He was very flexible with pick up time when i was done early with my activities. He also kept my luggage in his car, picked up my portable baterry from the hotel (I forgot it at checkout), and got me to an early train for Rome. Im very greatful to the staff.

Our room was really nice and we had a big balcony. The front desk people were super helpful. The even prepared me a to go breakfast since my can picked me up at 3:45 am for the airport.

The hotel was very smart, clean and perfect for our 2 night stay. Family of four in one room. The staff were very pleasant, and we enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. A good position for driving to Pompeii, Vesuvius and into Naples.

Wow wow wow cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Absolutely beautiful, the scenic views, the friendly staff, beautiful rooms. Just all wonderful. I don’t know if I would go walking around once you get off the grounds but still nice ! Really enjoyed our 2 night stay

This was a 3 night lay over on a travelling trip. The hotel is ok, the breakfast was ok, although the toasting machine was v.slow. Good choice otherwise. We where a tad miffed that no iron facilities available, even though laundry bags available in room!! Bit rubbish for a 4 * residence. Roof terrace was good. Also surprised that swimming caps have to be worn when in the pool. No mention of this and there is a charge,only small. Staff very nice. Plse note taxi down to the edge of town...<1.5km €20. Bit excessive. Easy to get to Naples and Pompeii by train.
