Dirtiest Room Ever

We stayed overnight for a tennis tournament. The lobby manager was nice and very accommodating. However, the room was another story. The bathroom sink had some sort of mosquitos/fruit flies in it and the sink counter had some sticky substance on it. The shower had some type of pink mold on it and the shower walls weee filthy. Behind the bed was a lot of dirt and some sticky substance. Before allowing my young girls to unpack. I cleaned the bathroom sink and shower with Clorox wipes. As well, I sprayed the room because the bugs from the kitchen sink made their way to the sleeping area. I have stayed at quite a few Comfort Inns, but this hotel was absolutely filthy. The room could def use some paint and more modern furnishings, but there is absolutely no reason that a room should be that unkept for any guest. Also, if you stay there bring your own pillows. The ones on the bed were disgusting. I’ve slept in cleaner foxholes.

Check in was pretty quick, advertised a $50 deposit but it’s actually 100$.. no big deal.. bathroom, toilet was dirty. Towels had hair on them.. Overall it was only for a night.

Not so good stay

The Comfort Inn and Suites was a bad experience. The floor in the room was dirty. My wife wore white sox and they turned almost black on the bottom. The breakfast was non existent, just toast and bagels. No eggs, no potatoes. The toilet and the sink had leaks. The tub was dirty.

Checking in the host was nice. Got to the room. It was dirt on the floor. The bathroom had dirt. There was bugs in the tub no toothpaste no toothbrush I booked for four people, but only had towels for two and rags call front desk. There was very rude. Had me come all the way back downstairs to bring the dirty too in order to get two more for my kids That was very unprofessional and very inconvenient.

Good hotel

The Bed wasn't that comfortable. Service desk people helpful/friendly. Breakfast option was like most hotels. Room was clean, tv worked good, and refrigerator worked good. Shower had great hot cold/water. Hotel quiet no loud music or people. Great location for restaurants/shopping. Lastly the pool was ok.

The room itself was pretty bad. Dirty floor and walls near appliance cabinet. Lights in bathroom so dim and also buzzed. Broken floor lamp had to lean on back of couch to stand . Wall in bathroom plastered and just left as is. Wooden towel cabinet all knicked up. Just big disappointment. Came a year ago and was told it was being renovated. A year later the same. We are done with this place.
