Make yourself at home in this wonderful 3-bedroom farmhouse retreat. With 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, guests can enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by nature while still being just 10 minutes from downtown Mt Airy, 5 minutes from Round Peak Vineyard, and a short drive to hiking and many other attractions. This welcoming property offers central heating and AC, TV in the living room as well as in 2 bedrooms, WiFi, plus washing machine and dryer (downstairs) for convenience. The decor is like something out of a time capsule. My grandmother built this house in 1974 and we’ve only ever used it for occasional weekend visits and holiday gatherings. The house has a full kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (one located downstairs), and in addition to modern amenities we have an old console record player as well as a grand piano. For those interested in Bottomly Trucking events, the house is 5 minutes from their business. Take a step back in time and come see us!

This home is so comfortable! There is a strong sense of family togetherness and love in the homey touches we found here and we indeed felt right at home. We appreciate the hospitality, thoughtfulness, and kindness of the host. The space is just right—even 2 living rooms, and a gorgeous grand piano! The surrounding outdoor space is private, and beautiful with nature’s treasures. We enjoyed sitting outside and we ate lunch on the patio! The kitchen had everything we needed and made things easy. The location couldn’t be better. We had easy access to the highway so it was great for going on excursions to the nearby attractions and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Farmhouse!

My family and I had the most wonderful stay here!! The owner is very responsive and kind. The home itself is so beautiful. Everyone had their own room and my son had lots of room to play! Having a full kitchen and laundry onsite was a huge bonus! We will definitely stay here again. Very clean and you are close to town which is awesome!

Vintage Farmhouse
