Worst hotel ever!

This was the worst hotel experience ever. Stay away from this hotel. Roach infested mold smelling room!
Roach floating in toilet, room had overwhelming mildew smell.

No longer has any coffee or breakfast. Yo arrive & all room key cards are rubberbanded & on the counter. You have to make a call to a number & they tokd us which rooms were ours...go ahead, take the key card! Stayed 4 nights, no extra towels or coffee for room....no room service..cannot make calls while in the building...requested 2 rooms ground level months ago..we are 70. Got one room on 2nd floor, no elevator..stairs only. Service was non existant, I refuse to call 50 times!

This little hotel has such a lovely family-owned charm, which we really appreciate. With just a few small updates—like refreshing the carpet, linens, and pillows, and adding a touch more attention to bathroom detail—it could feel truly wonderful. It’s a nice property in a sweet small town, and with those little improvements, it has the potential to be truly great.

The 2 staffers were friendly, inn clean, yet very dated, lack of lighting in the room, breakfast was not much, coffee was not hot, no one was there to make more. Also breakfast was taken down before time because lack of interest from customers.

Attended a motorcycle Rally in a nearby city, it was a 30 minute ride each way to the event. Stayed at this hotel four days, the staff was excellent and the stay was comfortable for an event. I would recommend.

Prized price. The rooms were recently upgraded.Trendy decor. Instead of tiny bottles of hygiene products hard to open like other places, here they had a dispensable shampoo/conditioner and body wash in the shower using rich products for their fine guests.

Never Again

The room would not cool down to a comfortable setting. The carpet was stained and afraid to walk without some form of footwear. Towels were stained and we did not shower due to uncleaned towels. Staff was never in the office to ask question and address concerns

The room was clean and updated, however we spent more than 2 hours trying to get the TV to work. We followed instructions precisely with the volume but never got sound. We finally gave up. This is a known problem since they had instruction for sound.
