This cottage is a former mill and is completely undisturbed. The surrounding area is a wooded valley and part of a nature reserve. Here you can observe wildlife in their natural habitat, as well as a diverse bird life.

During the renovation and renewal of the building, great care was taken to preserve the original rustic charm. The furnishings are simple. Outside you can relax by the pool while listening to the birds chirping.

There is a golf hotel and country club 1 km away. It's 14 km to Bergerac, with its medieval center. The 300 hectare forest on the estate is ideal for walks.

Ne vaut pas le prix payé

Accueil chaleureux, extérieur très agréable (parc et piscine), mais la maison n'est pas du tout adaptée pour les 8 personnes annoncées. 4 chaises, 2 verres à vin dans un pays viticole, une chambre d'enfant et 2 lits posés dans un espace sur le palier de l'étage entre les deux chambres: une maison au confort très sommaire. Idéal pour 2 couples et 2 enfants, mais bien trop cher pour les prestations fournies. L'endroit est également assez humide, tant dehors que dedans. De plus, l'intermédiaire NOVASOL surfacture la taxe de séjour de manière assez exagérée, et ne répond guère aux détails demandés quant à cette dernière.

Cadre champêtre et Belle piscine

Nous avons été très bien accueilli le premier jour par les gardiens du château. Belle piscine dans un grand et manifique parc au calme, mais trop de moustiques en fin de journée, nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de nos soirées à l'extérieur. Le moulin est bien agencé, mais il a besoin d'un grand nettoyage, surtout la cuisine. Les gens de la région sont très sympathiques. Bergerac et Limeuil à visiter. Réseau téléphonique à l'intérieur du moulin inexistant et très mauvais à l'extérieur. Pas de télévision et connexion wifi très faible.
