Cheap Hotels near Mostar (OMO) Airport

Nice room in a great location

I don’t have any bad review regarding the property but definitely I have bad feedback to their customer service. The management of this hotel was very unhelpful and inflexible regarding my reservation. I had booked a two-night stay for May 10–12; a month in advance, I requested to cancel without seeking a refund and simply asked that they issue a credit for a future trip. My reasons were more than sufficient: the global situation regarding the war is obvious, and U.S. government authorities are advising citizens against traveling due to jet fuel shortages affecting many countries. Consequently, I did not wish to take that risk. Initially, I booked a reservation with a full refund option; unfortunately, however, I got confused and failed to notice that the deadline to cancel was March 11th. I thought it was May 9th which I believed gave me plenty of time to cancel yet despite having paid a higher rate, they still refused to issue me a credit for a future trip. Be very careful when making reservations at this hotel, and don't let the same thing happen to you, so I ended up losing all my money.

All was great and we even got an early check in However I was quite disappointed as the property was not responding to me when I was sending messages to them via hotels.com app requesting for early check in . Bfast was ok not great

Clean room, perfect for an overnighter as we make our way thru Mostar to Montenegro; the Pansion is literally just a few steps from Old Town and the famous Stari Most; very convenient walk to cafes, restaurants, the vibrant bazaars. The views from our room (which was next to the Neretva River) was unbelievable (see video attached). The young gentleman named Fedja ( the owner) was very welcoming. Our Google directions took us to the wrong address, but after a quick phone call, he met us and helped us navigate to the correct location. He’s such a warm, hospitable and amiable host; gave excellent restaurant recommendations and suggested some towns/stops worth seeing on our drive to Montenegro.

Water supply was cut of on the day of the check-out. No advance notice was given. We had to leave the room without taking a shower

Susanna was absolutely an amazing host. She helped us park gave us a nice drink and Turkish delight on arrival. As far as the day was concerned, it was so close to the centre of Mostar and convenient for restaurants. The room was really lovely. Shower was beautiful and hot. The bed was comfortable. It was the best night sleep we’ve had in this trip. Can highly recommend staying here.
