Our room was exceptionally clean and looked very nice, updated and remodeled. Everything was in good repair, and the room smelled good. We arrived around midnight, and the front desk man, the owner, was extremely welcoming and kind. It’s an older drive-up motel, and when we pulled up, I had doubts, but I was very pleasantly surprised, I recommend 10/10.

This is a well cared for and renovated older property that was very clean and quiet. We were given an upgrade when we checked in by a most helpful and friendly person. He also told us of an excellent Indian restaurant- Aroma. I would stay here again.

Great deals for nice rooms! The beds are comfortable, AC works well, spacious rooms, the property feels safe, and the owner is a very nice guy. If you’re looking for a good place to stay in Moses Lake and you want a fair price, this is a great option.

When booking a non nationally flagged motel sometimes you wonder about cleanliness and safety. You could eat off the floor at this motel.. We chose this motel due to the proximity to the baseball fields my son was playing at. We didnt chose it for least expensive. The owner David went out of his way to show us a few rooms and show us the upgrades he had made to our and a couple other rooms. Very clean and safe as well as well air conditioned in the 100 degree heat. We will definitely stay at Sage and Sand next time in Moses Lake.

I would absolutely stay again. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. I only wish we didn't have to stay in another city the rest of the week! Cozy and warm with enough space still. So many motels are cold and drafty and I would not stay there. Not the case! Thank you to the owners also they are super nice and helpful.
