Lovely location

The property could be amazing and is in the best location but it was very dirty on arrival and one of the toilets did not flush. I would say in its present state, it is not fit for rental. The beds had plastic protectors which were very sweaty! The bathrooms are quite disgusting and one of the showers was actually just a trickle. Despite this the location is fab and it is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay which was helped by the weather and fact it was a family get together. The service fee should not have been applied as the property was really not clean.

Wonderful Home from Home.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely house for the month of October. We loved the great home from home feeling, the house is very comfortable and very well equipped, beds comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. There are a few great restaurants within easy walking distance of the house. It is a beautiful quiet area great for touring the Charente region. We would highly recommend this property to anyone. Our thanks to the owners a definite 10/10 for this lovely property.

Location dans le cadre d'un mariage dans la région. La maison de Mortagne a été agréable pour notre séjour même si une peu exiguë pour 16 personnes. Nombreuses animations au bar du port ce week-end là, vraiment très sympa. Propriétaire accueillante. Valérie

Grande maison avec jardin

Emplacement idéal. Jardin agréable. Très jolie maison qui peut accueillir 11 personnes en chambre + un clic clac pas très confortable dans le salon. Les points négatifs : Chambre du bas en travaux, tapisserie pas terminée, bac à douche posé dans un coin en vue d'un point d'eau ! Fuite d'eau dans une salle d'eau qui tombe dans le salon. A 2 reprises une personne est restée enfermée dans les toilettes problème avec la porte. 2 cafetières inutilisables, conciergerie et propriétaire prévenus sans retour. Dans le descriptif il devait y avoir 2 barbecues, celui a gaz n'y était pas, l'autre avait une grille toute rouillée. Draps pliés sans repassage et n'importe comment. Et la maison était très très sale. Quel dommage de ne pas entretenir une si jolie maison...

maison bien située avec un bel espace extérieur permettant de mettre les voitures dans un espace clos. 18 personnes est un grand maxi pour la taille de la maison ( 2 WC, 2 sdb sans verrou !!!) , barbecue à gaz , mais les 2 bouteilles de gaz étaient vides !!! Une location de vacances n'est pas un garde meuble ( canapés très usagés , un lit dont le pied était cassé... ) chaises du salon de jardin très sales … la maison a besoin d'être rénovée ( fuites dans la salle de bain , volets qui menacent de tomber et marquises en verre dangereuses (verres cassés). c'est une maison qui a un fort potentiel mais qui mériterait une bonne rénovation.

Nous avons passé un séjour entre amis agréable dans cette grande maison de Mortagne! Quelques aménagements seraient néanmoins à prévoir (notamment la chambre du bas, pas très accueillante et confortable). Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'endroit et la maison dans son ensemble !

Parenthèse familiale pour des retrouvailles

Très bonne situation sur le port de Mortagne, c'est ce que nous recherchions, la proximité de l'estuaire pour des promenades et une maison familiale avec au mimium 5 chambres, bien équipée. Tout ce la a été réuni pour que nous passions un formidable week-end, merci à la propriétaire pour avoir accepté notre chien et notre départ tardif qui nous a permis de profiter de ce village au maximum. Très accessible, de beaux volumes et un esprit familial dans cette maison. Equipements au top dans la cuisine, deux frigos, congélateur et accessoires comme nous recherchions (famille de cuisinier). Très bon accueil de Sabrina, très à l'écoute et qui nous a renseigné sur son village. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Accueil chaleureux de Sabrina pour un séjour très agréable.

Maison idéale pour une grande tribu. Une petite barrière pour sécuriser le haut de l'escalier serait bienvenue ainsi qu'une salle de bain au rez de chaussée.

L'estuaire à vos pieds !

Belle maison dans un cadre splendide mais gros problèmes techniques de plomberie. Finalement pas d'eau chaude dans une des 2 douches ! Heureusement cela n'a pas entamé notre bonne humeur. 3 belles chambres mais les 2 autres ont peu ou pas de lumière naturelle.

Très jolie maison charentaise aux portes de l'estuaire. Lieu idéal pour découvrir ou redécouvrir la Cote Atlantique. Parfaite maison pour les réunions de famille, très bien agencée et équipée seul bémol la porte d'entrée qui laisse passer les courants d'air et la télévision. Super accueil de Sabrina qui pourra vous renseigner sur les visites ... On resterai bien plus longtemps!!

Très beau village, très belle maison.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de madame Jobert. Maison très fonctionnelle. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse avec ses tables et chaises ainsi que le très grand jardin permettant aux enfants de s'amuser librement sans aucun danger. Expérience à renouveller.
