Beautiful place with gorgeous gardens and great pool area. Morro de São Paulo is a wonderful island with lots options for all ages! I will definitely go back and highly recommend.

Property is only two years old and it is really well done. High ceilings, modern bathrooms and a beautiful breakfast area with big windows overlooking green space. It is on a quiet road only two blocks to the beach, shopping and food. Loved the serenity. The staff is nice. Special shout out to Dona Odeti who welcomes you with a smile.

Já havia me hospedado anteriormente, o hotel tem uma estrutura excelente, instalações novas, piscina ótima e café da manhã completo, só me incomodou a pequena quantidade de recepcionistas pelo tamanho do hotel, acaba atrasando o check-in, mas todos são muito receptivos e educados

Hotel maravilhoso!!! Recomendo a todos que vão ao Morro de Sp ficarem nesse hotel. Atendimento muito bom dos funcionários, tanto na recepção como todos do hotel. Já fomos bem atendido logo na recepção pelo atendimento do recepcionista Vítor Santana. A gerente Odete uma pessoa maravilhosa, eficiente e faz de tudo para satisfazer os clientes. Foi um dos melhores aniversário que passei na minha vida, e com certeza a Pousada Patuá faz parte dela. A piscina e o bar da piscina muito bom, os meninos do bar Jadson e Gabriel são muito educados e eficientes. Os quartos e os banheiros sempre muitos limpos e cheirosos, cama muito confortável, ar condicionado funciona muito bem. O café é muito bom, gostoso e com bastante variedades. Os funcionários da cozinha muitos atenciosos e prestativos.

Boa opção, mas há pontos a melhorar

Chegamos no sábado de Páscoa e a pousada estava operando em capacidade máxima, o que fez com que serviços não estivessem disponíveis ou estivessem desorganizados. O café da manhã, por exemplo, estava completamente caótico! E um dos recepcionistas foi bastante grosseiro quando do check-in. Apesar disso, quando a pousada esvaziou um pouco, tivemos uma boa experiência. A localização é boa (mas há melhores) e o quarto também, mas é importante atentar que a pia do banheiro fica ao lado das camas, o que é um pouco incômodo. A limpeza é boa, mas poderia ser melhor. Num geral, é uma boa opção em Morro, mas alguns pontos podem melhorar.
