We've stayed before and had decent rooms that were nice and clean. This was not our experience this time. The lobby and hallways were covered in dirt. Our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly or stocked for awhile. Surfaces were dusty, there were toothpaste stains in the sink, mildew in the tub, and hair on the floor and in the tub and sink. There was 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, no tissues, no towels, and no hand soap. I didn't check the shampoo etc in the shower. One of our pillows had multiple clumps of human hair on it. I went to the desk to ask for a pillow or pillowcase and was told there were none in the whole hotel. I asked for soap and tp, got back up to my room and the clerk had given me lotion. There was one cup for coffee but 3 lids, so it had been used by a previous guest and just not checked or stocked. It was overall a pretty disgusting experience that I won't be repeating.

Room smelled heavily like marijuana. Second room door key didn’t work. Carpeting and furniture was dated and ragged. Stomping on the floor above and lots of dog barking. For several hours in the evening. Fire alarm went off at 1:25am. Lots of dog barking, stomping and door slamming starting at 6am. Worst hotel stay in a very long time.

Staff was helpful and kind. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Fitness room and pool are a nice feature at this hotel. Pool floor gets very slippery when wet. The floor could use some slip mats or different flooring but other than that 5 stars!

I stayed at this hotel before. The room was clean and bedding was adequate. During this recent stay, the bedding was dingy and the quilt was stained. I asked for a new quilt which was cleaner. Also the grout in the tub was discolored. I was supposed to stay there several days later on my return trip. I canceled and stayed elsewhere.

AC filter has not been cleaned in a long time (dirty filter can be seen from the outside). Facial and bathroom paper not replaced. The little amount available was obviously left over from the previous customer.
