Stayed in two other hotels with in the area by same owner group and they exceeded my expectations. This one didn't it was gross has black and Pink mold in bathroom shoes stuck to tile floor like they had sap or urine on them. Not really the kind of place you would want to brush your teeth or shower.

Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. We were first given a room that had not been cleaned. Staff made inappropriate comments about disabilities, using the word "r" word. The hotel allows dogs and they were barking loudly multiple times throughout our less than 24 stay- including very early in the morning. The tables at breakfast were not clean.

I would like to preface this review with we’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and loved it. This time, however, our room and pillows smelled like mildew. Our shower had pink and black mildew in the bottom corners and after showering and walking around the room barefoot…. My feet were completely black and needed to be rinsed in the shower. The gym area had a horrible smell as well. I did provide staff with pictures of our shower and gave them the same room conditions as described here upon check out. In the past I’ve always given this hotel a 5 star rating but this time sadly it was horrible and not worth the money we spent to stay here.

It was a nice location, comparatively quiet and close to the main highway. The room was very clean with no bad odour. Liked breakfast as well, and the staff were friendly and professional. We would stay there again.

We have been staying here a couple time a year since it opened. Very disappointed this time. Has gone downhill. The overhead light in our bathroom was burned out. Our remote had no batteries. They said they would send up maintenance, over 3 days they never did. Our room was never cleaned over 3 days so we ran out of towels and had to go ask for them. Tons of staff hanging out in back of building smoking. Seemed like they were always there 4 & 5 at a time.

Would not recommend. Could hear someone snoring in room next door all night. No soap at sink or in shower. Only half a roll of tp. Pillows had seen better days. Tiles in shower cracked. Breakfast, however, was excellent.
