The pull out couch had a dirty sheet on it, covered in crumbs. We had to ask the desk for new sheets. The shower NEVER got warm, it was cold. The bathroom was dirty and stained.

The room was very clean. They had a pretty decent spread for breakfast. And even though it was cold outside my kids still had the option to go swimming for an hour to blow off some energy before bed.

Overall clean. The pool heater needs checked or turned up because it was pretty cold and the pool liner literally has people’s initials and names scratched into the grime around the edge. The room was pretty clean and spacious.

When arriving at the front desk, had to wait for the check in employee to finish on her personal phone before she even looked up as I was standing there. When we arrived in our room, there were no towels or washcloths in the bathroom and when my wife went to the front desk to get some, she felt as if the employee viewed her as in she was making this up to get more towels. The breakfast seating area is very small for a hotel with as many rooms as they had. For as cold of a day it was, there was not constant warmth in the room, and it took a while for the heater to circulate warm air

My room didn't have hot water and when I requested a new room I was moved to a room which also didn't have hot water. I made this known to the front desk and they basically told me maintenance has left and there was nothing they could do help me.
