My experience was very impersonal. Check in online check-out online. Staff at the desk for key card pick up very blase, barley looked up from computer screen. I realize it was over Christmas and perhaps skeleton staff. No one manning front desk, all hanging out in the back. Hot tub was ok. Sauna duds not work, so that was disappointing . Room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff however in breakfast area were attentive, and this. Made up for the rest But don't expect a friendly welcome or "thanks for stopping by, come again". Very lacking in customer relations, but quick with the emails. I would like a bit more of a personal touch .
