Lady who did the "check-in" was talking on the phone and I had to wait approx. 10 minutes to ck-in. She did not acknowledge me nor indicate that she would be sometime on the phone with "whomever." The coffee pot did not work and I had to call the "night number" to get a new pot and when I asked for more coffee, her response was "there's two packs in the room;" which I and my partner where going to use when we would get a pot that "worked" and she got very "HUFFY" when I explained I needed 2 for the next morning (Thursday). The lady was not professional, friendly, nor courteous. We will NOT stay at the 1st Interstate again!!

It's a unkempt older motel. Dirty walkways. Thistles cover the dog area. Broken steps blocked off, fire safety issue from 2nd level. Coffee maker didn’t work. Office opens late for breakfast. Cheaper rate.

My wife and I had to go to the office on 6 different occasions to have new key cards made, none of the ones they gave us worked. There was food left over in tge refrigerator! The showe control valve fell off when i turned it on to take a shower.

Good for a place to sleep and shower

If you just need a place to sleep and take a shower this is the place. Don’t expect anything extravagant for the free breakfast. The did have a waffle maker, pastries etc. The other stuff was generic local grocery store brand. Extremely outdated but the Room was clean, bed was comfy and the daily cleaning service was well done. The facility itself is old and in need of numerous repairs but it is clean and no litter around. They did do a great job of cleanliness inside and outside.

They seem to be trying..... I would try another before this again. It worked but it was not comfortable. The inside was sort of updated with flooring. The bed wasn't bad. It was not that clean. Needs work. If you are in a pinch it will do the job.

If I could give a 0/10 I would. Arrived and no one was available in the office. Room had lots of sugar ants, stairs broken through, but will say they were at least taped off for non use. It was extremely noisy with people yelling until 2:00am. Would 100% not recommend.

All 3 of us agreed to turn off the air conditioner in the unit because it was difficult to breathe its air. All 3 of us woke up with upper respiratory track infections. Site Management denied told us we were wrong because no one else has claimed sickness from that room. That tells me that they wait for multiple suck people from the same motel room before they lift a finger. I guess my indication should have been the ant infested room, blood stained sheets and blankets. Filthy air conditioner that could be older than my 40 years. Original Generation 1 microwave that looks like it's from the '60s. Not to mention the bone cold breakfast coffee and food that is illegal in most countries.While attending a funeral I was laughed at by multiple locals. Apparently this place is a very well-known dump. I was embarrassed in front of my own children for renting such a dump. Now I know and so do you.
