Gîte located on the second floor of the house: living room with a kitchen area with pleasant southern exposure and open view of the mountains. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm), 1 mezzanine open to living room (2 single beds 90x190cm). Laundry room on the ground floor with shared washing machine and dryer + electric shoe dryer, bathroom (shower), separate WC. Pleasant balcony. Ski link the Karellis 0.5 km, the Karellis 4 km. Total surface 41 m² attic parts included. Pleasant location in a residential hamlet overlooking a charming typical village of Savoy benefiting from a southern exposure. Superb panoramic view of the mountain and the valley of the Arc.
