Spacious gîte located above the owner's home, on two levels. On the ground floor: a living room open to the kitchen, a bedroom with its private bathroom (160x190 bed), as well as a separate toilet. Underfloor heating. Upstairs: three bedrooms with a 140x190 bed, one of which has a private bathroom, and a fifth bedroom with four bunk beds (90x190). An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete the floor. Reversible air conditioning in the upstairs hallway. Large terrace and ski room with boot dryer. Sheets, towels and cleaning optional. Parking near the gîte accessible on foot approximately 50m on a slope. The Aiguille Noire lodge is located near the family resort of Les Karellis. Charming Nordic cross-country skiing site in the heart of nature at 800m. Typical village nestled in the heart of the famous Maurienne valley on the road to Italy (border 40km away) very close to the Vanoise National Park.
