Located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, this gîte is set in a converted former stable of a traditional farmhouse, facing the local communal pasture in a peaceful hamlet less than 10 km from all shops. The property offers 4 bedrooms, including one wheelchair-accessible room with an adapted en-suite shower. The main living area features a lounge, dining space, TV, home cinema, DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue, and a pool (open May to September, heated when possible with a solar cover), all on a private 3,600 m² plot with no overlooking neighbors.
