Beautiful volume for this renovated studio in 2012 of 34 m�� with two beds, with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and TV. Immaculate condition. The apartment is equipped with two single beds 90 convertible into a double bed with a mattress 180. Historic Center 10 minutes; Shops, Olympic swimming pool and tram station at the foot of the building. The beach is 15 minutes. immediate access motorway, railway station 10 minutes by tram.
