Vacation accommodation in a two-family house with open terraces and covered veranda, equipped and private garden in Versilia. It is located in Montignoso, in a quiet rural area, 3.2 km from the beaches of Cinquale. The accommodation is about 4 km from Massa, 7 km from Forte dei Marmi, 9 km from Pietrasanta, 43 km from Lucca and Pisa, 54 km from Cinque Terre, 109 km from Florence. From the property you can see the wooded hills of Versilia and the Apuan Alps. The owners live in the other apartment on the second floor with separate entrance. The property (about 200 m2) is fenced, lawn, garden and small vegetable garden equipped with table, chairs and umbrella, a brick oven and a barbecue, sun loungers, swing, slide and games for children; The covered veranda (about 15 m²) is equipped as an outdoor living room with infrared heaters. Guests have 4 bicycles at their disposal. You can fish in a nearby sports lake (1.3 km), eat vegetables in the vegetable garden, buy beef and pork and products made by the owner.

Montignoso FeWo

Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft den Anforderungen. De Kühlschrank war allerdings eine Katastrophe. Ausreichende Kühlung für 4 Personen beim entsprechenden Klima unzureichend. Kein Türgriff und ein unsinniger Umbauschrank. Grill im Garten weitgehend ungeeignet. Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern ohne italienisch kaum möglich. Ländliche Umgebung war im Angebot angekündigt. Das der Eigentümer eine größere Vogel- und Hühneransammlung hielt die bei Sonnenaufgang erst einmal alle aufwecken (4.00 Uhr) wurde verschwiegen. Außerdem die extrem laute Durchgangsstraße incl. Gestank und reichlich Lkw. Dies interessiert in Italien offensichtlich niemand.Ansonsten insgesamt schöne Unterkunft mit tollem großem Garten und schattiger Terrasse. Bäcker, Supermarkt Restaurant fußläufig und für Kleinigkeiten ausreichend, ansonsten mit dem Rad 4km. Strand 5 km. Radfahren gewöhnungsbedürftig aber machbar. Radweg am Strand nach Viareggio (17km) toll.Trotz Angabe im Vertrag, die Preise für Strom und Gas sind völlig überteuert und eine kommunale Abgabe ähnlich einer Kurtaxe kam noch on Top und war vorher nicht bekannt. Dies wurde erst am Ende des Aufenthalts präsentiert. Teilweise unangemesses Verhalten des Vermieters der sich auf dem Grundstück und auch im Haus selbst ohne zu fragen selbstverständlich bewegte.

FeWo sehr schön. Nebenkosten Strom und Gas sehr hoch. Wir kochten und heizten nicht, aber zahlten für die Woche € 120.-

Mooi ruim en compleet huis mét minpunten

Het huis is mooi, ruim en goed ingericht. Ook de tuin is goed onderhouden en mooi. We kregen zelfverbouwde tomaten en mochten verse kruiden plukken. Fijn was de aanwezigheid van wasmachine, fietsen, strand parasols, bodyboards ... Het strand is dichtbij en ook Massa is levendig en gezellig. Verder een goede uitvalsbasis voor de marmergroeves, Pisa, Lucca, Siena en Florence. Wel ook een paar minpunten: onhandig dat de gastheer alleen italiaans sprak, ondanks onze moeite om met een vertaalapp te communiceren deed hij geen enkele poging in het engels. Geluidsoverlast van de dieren; een kraaiende haan kraait en jankende honden in de nacht. Daarnaast ligt het huis en de tuin aan een drukke lawaaierige weg. Vervelend dat je de energie rekening pas bij vertrek krijgt want die was fors.
