Large lake raft, kayaks and paddle board waiting by the pier for you with two bays close by. There is a spot at the house to dock a boat. Living room with panoramic view of lake, cozy second floor loft with books/games. Stocked coffee bar. Washer and dryer with supplies on sight. Child friendly home with pack' n play's, highchair, and dinnerware. Four parking spaces right in front of the house. This house is a short 10-minute car or boat ride to Indiana Beach, golfing, and several restaurants on the lake. This is a great house to enjoy time on the water with family and friends!

Beautiful Lake House in Monticello!
We stayed 4 days, going to Indiana Beach, fishing and swimming. The house was perfect for our family of 6, and had everything we could have needed during our stay. Beautifully decorated, clean, relaxing and breathtaking lake view! The owners communicated quickly and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay again!
