Guests can refresh in any of the 3 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and bidet for added comfort. The space stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. The property has an acre and a half lake. There are plenty of spaces to walk around in the woods and just enjoy nature. We have seating areas for guest to have a nice little Smokeless fire pit. And that baby really is smokeless. We have two of those. We also have corn holes and other yard games for you to pull out andplay. The home has a full size, kitchen and fully equipped with dinners that will serve the whole family. There are two great outdoor spaces to sit and relax. One is a 36 foot front porch and a 36 foot back second deck that overlooks the lake. We are currently offering lower prices until Texas gets past its drought and our lake fills up to its complete capacity. But once it is filled, we will have kayaking as well. We also have barbecue pits On the porch so you can cook on the grill. Pets are always welcomed.
