Podere Montespertoli is 2km from the village in a beautiful panoramic position on the surrounding hills.
E 'in a central position to the major cities of Tuscany.
The house is a building of stone 1700 restored according to the Tuscan with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and terracotta floors.
The apartment is 100 square meters with a double bedroom, a kitchen, a large living room and a bathroom with shower.
It can accommodate two people plus a child up to 12 years. The house is surrounded by a garden with table and chairs. The pool is located in a panoramic position and is shared with the other apartment. Our two houses are separated by a country road.
In Montespertoli there are all kinds of shops, a museum of religious art and a museum for the culture of wine. It is famous as a wine city and every year there is the Mostra Mercato del vino Chianti. Our family has been producing wine and oil art pottery. The cost of heating, if necessary, is requested separately and is of € 5.50 per m3
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.

A world away from New Zealand

The most beautiful house that has been meticulously rebuilt in authentic old Tuscan farmhouse style incorporating modern facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. Elegantly furnished with some stunning period pieces. Cristina and her family made us feel very welcome onto their property and were so helpful, even taking us to the local food store and into Firenze to pick up a rental car. If you want a genuine Tuscan visitor experience this is it.

Fantastic Italian Holiday

Wonderful place to stay. Super clean and very convenient to many places. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house to relaxe too. Very kind and gracious hosts. Would highly recommend.

Charmante Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Die Unterkunft ist ein typisches toskanisches Haus, mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr herzlichen Vermieter, die den Aufenthalt für uns unvergesslich gemacht haben. Sie haben uns mehrfach eingeladen und auch zur Weinlese mitgenommen. Das haben wir als sehr besonders empfunden. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und die abendlichen Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderschön. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Die Wohnung hat eine ganz tolle Lage und liegt nicht weit entfernt von den sehenswerten historischen Städten Siena und San Gimignano. Ebenso ist sie von hohem erholungswert, da sie sehr ruhig liegt. Täglich schauen die Vermieter nach dem Rechten. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!
