Location only good thing about here!

Rooms fine but very limited servicies. Lift was broke so a trek up the stairs in 35° heat wasn't ideal. Breakfast is absolutely terrible and €24 for 2 of us, we had a coffee and a pastry for that price. Location is good, only thing that makes the stay above 1 star.

Good basic hotel but currently building works.

Very good basic hotel close to city centre and connection to Canet outside. They are installing a lift and there’s lots of building work going on, which we had not expected. The ‘free breakfast’ was good albeit very basic. My son had a room next door but he got charged for breakfast, which he did not budget for.

The staff is great. The hotel and the room smell pretty bad, they have a sewer problem and said they are going to remodel the hotel in the next month months

Property is in an excellent location within easy walk of a range of restaurants and tourist attractions. The felt very safe in the area. The staff were extremely helpful. Despite being on the main road there was no traffic noise to my fifth floor room that had amazing views towards the mountains. Presumably January is a quiet period and this may have contributed to my only reservation which was the smell in the shower; but it went away after two days so either a bit of use sorted it or the housekeeper used some good stuff. Would I return? Yes.

The room we were assigned had a very strong sewer smell. The kind staff woman offered several rooms until we (3 people w/ 2 rooms) found ones that was clean. We saw other guests going through the same problem.

Good location to explore Perpignan centre ville.

Excellent location and convenient parking. However, disappointing compared to our previous stay at this hotel. Expensive for the accommodation offered. Room to small for huge bed. We had to take the chair from the cupboard and hand it to the staff. Leaking toilet and overflowing shower. We also had to ask for the promised electric kettle.

Good pick inPerpignan city center

Good hotel near city center. Room are not big but comfortable for a solo traveler and in good condition. Breakfast buffet was fine with enough various choices.
