The front desk staff has a very kind and attentive manner, always making their best effort to support any requests. The hotel is well located, in a safe area, and additionally, there are several nearby restaurants to choose from for dining. The transportation from the airport to the hotel is efficient, and the staff is very courteous. However, one area that clearly requires attention is the maintenance of the facilities. In some parts of the rooms, visible wear and tear can be noticed, which seems to have gone unattended for some time.

Good getaway

The room was nice, just a bit smaller than I anticipated but coazy nonetheless. The shower was a bit if an issue because water would run off. I guess thats the design.

Half of the staff are in need to have a better approach to guests, Multiple times our keys were block and staff was not helpful to unlocked them. I saw this to an specific ethnic group from the caribbean. Heard some staff mentioning thay bad things about them. As a result the same ethnic guests had issues.
