The hotel was clean and nice place to stay . The staff were great friendly so helpful. Loved the area close to Santa Lucia Park, and l Rey Del Cabrinito . The only thing I didn’t like was you can hear all the noice from the other room they had loud music and tu can hear when they opened there door ( I thought it was our room ) and our room . Didn’t have any window . And it didn’t have coffee in the room . Why husband loves coffee early morning

It’s great location for walking to the museums. It’s central to a lot of things. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The only problem I had is there are not hand towels or wash cloths in the bathroom. None. We asked about some and the ladies just changed our towels out. While I’m speaking of towels…we got two. No more. One for each of us. Ladies need at least two towels. One for your body and one for your hair. It was all strange. I’ll be back to visit, but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Staff was professional and courteous, room was very nice with cold AC. Hotel was recently renovated. The restaurant has delicious food and a great bakery, coffee was bland and cold. Location, location, location in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to the bar and club scene and the river walk.

Thank you, I enjoyed my stay here. It was my first time in MTY and the location was convenient, also I loved the coffee shop and breakfast from Panema. I had to ask for more towels and toilet tissue because they didnt provide it the second night. All great, thanks!
