Desconocieron mi reservación, negaron trabajar con

Llamé cinco días antes de mi llegada para verificar mi reservación, y al llegar, mi reservación no estaba, y me negaron rotundamente la entrada. También me dijeron que NUNCA han trabajado con la empresa de reservaciones HOTELES.COM. Que me fuera de ahí, porque no tenían cupo
