The property is relatively clean. For the most part, the staff was polite. However, the prepaid breakfast buffet seems to be a seat myself and serve yourself buffet with unknown exclusions. I used the buffet before my wife and left to get her to eat. I returned and had another coffee and pastry to be charged again. This was not written in the rules or guidelines for the buffet. There should have been a warning before demanding I pay again, even though I prepaid for the breakfast. Also, I did not use the last day's breakfast, which was paid for. This is not how you treat paying customers.

The front desk staff, maid service staff, and restaurant staff were all great. The room was comfortable with great bedding and pillows. The washroom and shower had a nice feel with the lighting and colors. Also the food at the restaurant was exceptional especially the breakfast buffet in the morning. Would definitely reccomend.
