"MARIO" is a modernly renovated country house, the renovation of which has just ended in 2019.
It comprises a total area of 55 square meters, includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
It develops on a single floor with a particularly large and very bright space.
The furniture and furnishings have been studied in every detail by the owner herself. In this apartment, she is committed to offering not only remarkable refinement, but also maximum comfort. La Limonaia is equipped with double glazed windows, air conditioning in the three bedrooms and the living/dining room, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer and many other small appliances. Lay-out The apartment has a large entrance that leads to the living area furnished with sofas and a 42-inch satellite TV. The dining room is connected to the living room and has a table for 4 people. The sofa bed in the living room can be transformed into a comfortable bed for 1. The modern kitchen is fully equipped The corridor leads to two large bedrooms with direct access to the bathroom, Last but not least, there is a comfortable terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet building and is accessed via a street. The car can be parked a few meters from the apartment
