During my stay, I never met anyone working there. I had to get my key from a lockbox and drop it off in the morning in a dropbox. Coffee was not available until 8 AM which is very late. The room was very clean, but the walls were very thin.

PG location

The check in was quick easy and super nice and accomodating... Room was very clean, bedding very comfortable, iron w/ironing board, hair dryer shampoo, conditioner and body wash.. microwave, frig, desk even chairs and a little table on the balcony.... Great price...

Odor

Unfortunately this hotel was not what it appeared to be from the pictures. There was an overwhelming smell that is hard to describe but it was so overpowering that we had to check out immediately. Additionally it shares an apartment complex and our one slider to the balcony faced directly into an apartment, it was not what we had expected at all. The staff offered to switch our room but there was enough red flags that we decided to find a different location that met our needs.

We had a wonderful time staying at Olympia Lodge. It was a perfect spot for the night after spending the day at the Aquarium and at the beach. The property was clean, cute, with plenty of parking and the staff was amazing. It was a nice 25 minute walk to the downtown area for breakfast and coffee. Other guests were respectful and the property was completely quiet after 9pm (and it was full!), very impressed and we'll be back!

This property was an older unit. The bedding, comfort of the bed and cleanliness were good. It's a short walk to the lighthouse and beach and next to a cute cafe. The lighting could be better as two low wattage lamps were all they had in the room. The tv is quite old and reception touchy if you need a higher quality tech setting it might not be adequate. They provided a lovely boxed continental breakfast (great idea!) and good customer service. I was concerned about the tray under the refrigerator had a sharp edge, which is close to the sink you use. I would stay here again because the rates were good, free parking and cleanliness was adequate.

Mildew smell…

As soon as I checked into the room, I was hit with a mildew and mold odor. I thought maybe Bo one has stayed here for a while so I opened up the sliding door. I inspected the bed and instantly seen some stains. It was only for one not so I thought maybe I could just sleep ontop of the bedding. As time went on the odor of the mildew was so strong I was getting nausea and a headache. It was so bad i couldn’t stand it. I wanted to instantly go home. After thinking about the bed condition and the smell I felt absolutely disgusted by the entire place. I felt yucky and wanted nothing more than to strip off my clothes and wash them. Do not recommend this place for cleanliness. Hard no. I think it’s wild the amount thry charge and the rooms you get. I didn’t have the energy to go to the front desk and complain as it was just so bad and disgusting. Will not stay here again. Do better in prices, rooms, and the nasty mildew mold smell.

Great overall - not enough parking

Overall the place is great. There aren't enough parking spaces for all the rooms though so you have to park on the street if the lot is full.
