Friendly staff, however room was warm, unable to adjust AC to 68 from a steady 74, no matter how many times we tried to cool the room, temp revert back to 74/75, requested service check, Engineer came, stated he adjusted AC, however only decreased to 73, also sorry to say the in room coffee was not good.

Great place to stay with young kids - tons of breakfast options in the morning and the setup of the suites with a pullout couch and separate bedroom let everyone sleep comfortably. We have stayed here 3 times now and love it every time.

Tub wouldn’t drain property but maintenance quickly attended to problem. They removed a hair ball. Issue should have been noticed when tub was cleaned after previous guest. Have stayed here numerous times - the evening appetizers have been downgraded to trail mix and veggies. One other issue was AC fan was very loud in sofa sleeper area. Positives - breakfast is great and close proximity to the beach we like.

The lobby was clean but the room was old and smell horrible, like human sweet. On top of that the rep who checked in for me did not provide detail of the expected charges. No info on parking at all. I only found out about the $20 parking fee per night when I was trying to log in the internet.
