A 700 sq. ft, new, beautiful one bedroom unit in a peaceful and centrally-located place with easy access to Hwy 1, Pebble Beach, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Fisherman's Wharf, Monterey Bay Aquarium and many local attractions. The unit is an accessory dwelling unit with off-street parking and private entrance. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a full size kitchen, all cooking supplies, a washer and dryer, and cable TV. The city of Monterey requires that we only rent once during a 30 day period... so you can stay for less time but we have to block out the entire month.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. A Smart television with cable programming provides entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washer/dryer.
