Disliked: Cleanliness
I had a booking confirmed and paid for, but never received the details. Despite multiple attempts to reach the owner, I was ignored. With Sunfest in full swing, hotels were either booked or outrageously priced, over 500. As two women stranded in Jamaica, it was incredibly stressful. The owner's lack of reliability and disregard for his clients' well-being was really disappointing. I had to scramble to find an alternative at the last minute.
