Reaches, unsanitary food, very rude staff( most of them). 2 hours to check in , charges us additional $900 usd since they had issue with Expedia . We booked 2 adults and 2 kids (13&15).In their system shows kids ages are 1 yr old for both . Wanted to charge us $1500 but after a hassle and saying to take it with Expedia or cancel your reservation with no refund . We ere left with no options but to pay them since we have diabetic kid and we needed to refrigerate their medicine, changed the room twice . We booked ocean view and they told us that we got an upgrade only to find out that the upgrade is construction view instead of ocean view, didn’t know that construction view is an upgrade from ocean. Room has no working air condition, clogged shower also two towels for 4 people . Calling front desk to get issue fix and get TOWELS was like screw you, we are not doing . Asking to speak yo manager and was told that I CANT, not sure who they are yo tell me who I can or can not speak to. We got moved to another room and not any better. Broken shower, no shower head, safe doesn’t work and to make things worst, they put us on top of their entertainment open area where they have musing playing till 11 pm and we can’t have balcony door open nor sleep from the loud noise. It took us 4-5 days to get another room after many calls. And we hit the same story, here is your upgrade ( garden view ) and again, not sure how is garden view is an upgrade from ocean.
