Cascina Ottalevi Villa with golf driving range and hot tub

"Cascina Ottalevi" was a farmhouse dating back to the 17th century and has been recently renovated. It is located on the Marche hills and being only 15 minutes from the Adriatic coast, it enjoys a wonderful sea view.
The villa is surrounded by an olive grove and centuries-old plants. It is surrounded by a large garden with lawns and flower beds of roses, geraniums, hydrangeas and an organic vegetable garden whose products can be collected by guests.
It has a swimming pool and a putting green for golf. In the villa there are six bedrooms with five bathrooms for 11 people all with air conditioning.
From the ground floor through the patio you enter the tavern and the bathroom for external use.
In the tavern, in addition to a relaxation area there is a large 18-seater oak table, a fireplace for grilling, a wood-burning oven for pizzas, an electric and microwave oven as well as everything needed for cooking lunches and dinners, refrigerator, dishwasher etc.
The external staircase gives access to the first floor consisting of day and night areas. The day area consists of the living room and a kitchen area for breakfasts and quick meals, fully equipped, and a spiral staircase to go up to the attic.
The sleeping area has three double bedrooms located on a corridor which leads to the bathroom, wardrobe and laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board and toilet.
From the living area a corridor leads to two bedrooms with single beds served by a bathroom with tub-shower.
It leads up to the attic from the living area via a spiral staircase and is composed of a bathroom, a study with armchairs and a double bedroom with air conditioning.
The whole structure is air conditioned with air conditioning.
In every area of the villa, internally and externally, swimming pool and garden you can use the wi-fi.
A large parking area is available to guests.
Cascina Ottalevi has an outdoor swimming pool (7x15m, height 120-165 cm), heated shower, eight sun loungers with towels, three pool cushions and three umbrellas. The chlorination of water is biological by saline electrolysis from the NaCl molecule therefore the water is slightly saline.
It is surrounded by wooden flooring, meadows, aromatic plants and olive trees.
The swimming pool is accessed from the house via a staircase decorated with oleanders.
Next to the driveway, separated by roses and shaded by oaks, a professional 200 m² Putting Green on several levels in "agrostis stolonifera" and a Driving Rance of m. 280 in length.
The turf is always carefully shaved by the owner to reserve a particularly well-kept golf course for guests.
Guests will have access to the entire structure which is reserved for them, with the exception of a ground floor apartment which will remain closed in the summer.
Pets are allowed as long as they are small in size.
It is not appreciated that you smoke indoors and smoking is prohibited in the sleeping area.
