Falsely Advertised Property

I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply.

Uzes is a nice town with a great little grocery around the corner from the room. Having a parking spot in a garage was fantastic and the rooms were nice.

Nice residence in Uzes, France

Le Mas des Oliviers in Usez, France, was a nice residence to stay in. It was clean and with all necessity for a family, including cover car parking. It is within walking distance from the centre of town, which help with two little kids.

Very nice stay

Received free upgrade to a large 2 bedroom suite. Young man on reception was helpful and friendly. The heated indoor pool was lovely. Supermarket: walk just around corner to south. Has laundry: wash & dry for E8.

L hotelest bienais de cÎté de ka route c est bcp de circulation ,normal c est kes vacances. pour le reste la terrasse etait tres sale j ai faire le nettoyage de la table et chaisse normal ????le sol trÚs trÚs sale . pour le dedans bien sauf que tt par en en miettes beaucoup de choses à revoir et pour la vaisselle horrible le calcaire sur les verres et couverts donc pour moi manque énormément de propreté. Si c 'est pour tt relaver non merci !!!.

SĂ©jour agrĂ©able et Ă©tablissement propre. Jolie rĂ©sidence Ă  2 min Ă  pieds du centre d'UzĂšs. Petits cadeaux en arrivant dans notre appartement trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Nous avons eu comme demandĂ© un lit parapluie pour notre fille. Mais il manquait le matelas. Erreur de leur part ou fallait il preciser qu'on en voulait un avec đŸ€”? Sinon, le seul bĂ©mol se trouve sur les fenĂȘtres et balcon qu on n'a pas reussi Ă  ouvrir. Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour

Heel erg oud en gedateerd. Meubels lijken rechtstreeks van de rommelmarkt te komen. Ook de slaapbank Douchen in het bad gaat zeer moeizaam vanwege de te korte slang. Een wc reservoir dat lekt en dus continue bijvult. Receptionist is zeer vriendelijk Prima ligging tov het centrum

Emplacement au top

trĂšs bien situĂ©, les appartements sont apprĂ©ciables. Tout le nĂ©cessaire y est, le lit est plutĂŽt confortable, le fauteuil Ă©galement. Il semble que notre appart' venait d'ĂȘtre refait, cela Ă  causĂ© un dĂ©sagrĂ©ment au niveau du chauffe-eau qui devait du coup ĂȘtre rĂ©solu par la suite. IdĂ©al pour profiter d'Uzes! voir en plus une place de parking est trĂšs bien.
