Mountain village apartment overlooking 3 Valleys

Lovely one bedroom duplex apartment in the beautiful and authentic mountain village of Montagny Le Villard situated 10 minutes above the town of Bozel, with easy access to the Courchevel valley. Perfect for 2 guests but 2 more can use the sofa bed upstairs.

This apartment was renovated in 2010 from a derelict town house retaining as many of the original features as possible. With the West facing balcony, you can enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun set behind the mountain. The apartment is over 2 floors with double bedroom and shower room on ground floor and an open plan lounge/kitchen and balcony up the wooden stairs on the first floor. The living area of the apartment has a sofa bed so there is a possibility of accommodating 4 people if necessary. A little mezzanine office accessed by a gentle ladder completes the property. Under floor heating for those cold winter nights. Ample parking in front.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

Cozy apartment

The property owners were lovely, very friendly and easy to talk to. The check-in process was easy and all the details were accurate to find the property. It was warm and cozy thanks to the underfloor heating throughout the apartment and the French chalet style mixed with modern touches made it a very nice place to stay. The location was perfect for skiing with nearby resorts only 15 to 20 minutes away, we enjoyed stunning views of the mountains and the afternoon sun on the balcony. The kitchen was well-equipped for your every need. A great price for a lovely apartment in the mountains, thank you very much for having us!

un logement typique de la Savoie , d'une propreté exemplaire. Personnellement , situé près de la maison de mes grand-parents où je venais passer les vacances dans mon enfance .On peut partir en randonnée directement en sortant de la maison.Et merci pour le petit cadeau de bienvenue , qui était bien agréable.Donc , je recommande vraiment cette jolie location.

Nous avons passé 8jours dans ce petit hébergement très bien décoré et propre. Seul petit bémol : le manque d'ustensiles cuisine (essoreuse salade, saladier,couteau d'office). Le logement est bien exposé en montagne et proches de plusieurs stations. Le hameau du vilard est calme et reposant.Nous avons fait de magnifiques randonnées ainsi que 3 belles sorties VTT électrique (nous avions pris les nôtres). L'hébergement dispose d'ailleurs d'une cave où nous pouvions les garder à l'abri et en toute sécurité.

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Montagny Le Villard sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Umgebung. Von dort kann man unendlich viele Wanderungen und kleinere Ausflüge machen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön. Das Haus ist liebevoll restauriert. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal, für uns als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern war unter Nutzung des Wohn/Esszimmers als Schlafzimmer dennoch genug Platz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schnell und gut. Wir haben die Wohnung bereits an Freunde, die gerne wandern und radfahren, weiterempfohlen.

Urlaub

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub in den Bergen, gegenüber von den Pisten des Skigebiet Courchevel. Das kleine Appartement war genau richtig für zwei Personen. Alles funktionell eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Es war wunderbar ruhig und entspannt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Voyage de ski en famille

Sympathique chalet en montagne avec tout le nécessaire pour de belles vacances. Les lieux étaient très propre et tout était comme indiqué dans l'annonce. Les précisions donner par l’hôte était parfaite pour l’arrivée, l’hôte a toujours était à l’écoute et réactif. Herziges Apartment in friedlichem idyllischen Dorf und wunderschöner Natur

Wohlfühlwohnung, liebevoll renoviert und eingerichtet im Einklang mit dem ganzen Dorf. Wunderschöne Häuser aus Holz und Stein. Herzliche Menschen im Dorf. Ruhe und traumhafte, teils unberührte Natur, fernab von Massentourismus. Inspiriernd wie die Menschen dort leben, verbunden mit weiteren Bergdörfern und der Natur. Traumhafte Strasse die dort hin führt. Tolle Wanderwege in alle Richtungen, über Bäche, durch Wälder und Wiesen mit faszinierender Aussicht und voller Blüten und Kräuter. Sehr dankbar dass ich dort sein durfte und für die wunderbaren Menschen und die Natur dort. Danke Tom uns Nats für diese Möglichkeit und eure freundliche Kommunikation.

Appartement exposé au soleil tout l'après midi jusqu'au coucher du soleil et donc très chaud. Pas de possibilité de rafraîchir et donc très inconfortable, notamment en période de canicule. Déçus de notre séjour.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable avec un super temps qui a bcp aidé malgré la fermeture des remontées. Le lieu est très agréable, village typique de montagne avec beaux chalets. Les départs de 2 rando sont à 50m. Le village est à 10mn de bozel qui permet d’accéder facilement à pralognan, champagny et courchevel. Le logement est sympa pour 2, seul bémol la luminosité dans la pièce de nuit qui n’a pas de volet! Mais sinon beaucoup de charme.

Appartement très joliment décoré dans le style montagnard, situé dans un petit hameau de montagne calme. Il est très bien équipé et propre. Il manque juste un petit appareil à raclette !! Propriétaires très réactifs aux messages. Nous avons passé quelques jours très reposants.
