At the exit of the village of Montagnac, in quiet area, House of 120m ² with terrace and garden.

You will benefit in the rez of putting on of a nice room of life opened on kitchen (dishwasher, combined fridge freezer, electric oven, plate gas, microwaves, filter coffee machine.), Of a room (bed 160/190) with bathroom, a toilet, a laundry (washing machine).

On the floor you will find two rooms with cupboards (2 beds 90/200 in the 1st room, 160/200 in the 2nd room), then a third room with bed of 140/190. You have a bathroom with toilet on the floor.

You will enjoy outdoors two terraces. The 1st terrace is covered with the possibility to eat. On the 2nd terrace you will find a sitting area where you can rest and relax.

House is located just outside of town. This is a spacious building. Large backyard, no grass but gravel with a shade tree we sat under each day. Portion of the deck is covered. The listing is not altogether accurate. The photos make it appear you are staying in an entire home, when in fact it is a semi, with guests in the other half of the building. The listing also indicated towels and linens were 5 Euro per person, upon our arrival we were informed it was 15 Euro per person. We were provided with only two bath towels (quick drying ones, not cotton), nothing else. When we raised this concern, we did receive two additional bath towels but no hand towels. We were there for 1 week and were only supplied with 3 partial rolls of toilet paper. Despite leaving the accommodation as clean as we found it, an additional cleaning fee was levied on us, which I did not see when I made the booking.

Nice house

The house is nice and roomy. We had some trouble finding it when arriving. There was not enough hot water for everyone on the first evening so the nice landlady have up the extra charge on linen

Belle semaine en famille

Nous étions 3 couples et 2 enfants de 2 et 9 ans. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, au calme. La supérette au village est très pratique pour le pain et les produits de 1ères nécessité. Maison idéale avec des enfants car bel espace de vie et un grand jardin avec des jeux. Nous avons pu visiter aisément les villages alentours. La maison est très bien chauffée (séjour en décembre). Nadine avait fait un sapin à notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié cette attention.

Trés bon séjour pour les pétits et les grands

La Propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible. Le gîte est équipé pour recevoir toute la famille dés le plus jeune âge : lit bébé, chaise haute, et autre accessoires pour les bébé, ainsi que des jeux d'extérieur dont un trampoline très apprécié des enfants. Je recommande !
