COUNTRY COTTAGE WITH ITS COVERED POOL and SPA

Former barn renovated into a gite on enclosed land near the owners' organic dairy farm. the stone walls were covered with lime and hemp for insulation and whitewash for decoration. A 90 m2 bio-brick building was attached to it to accommodate the 4.20 x 10.30 and heated swimming pool open all year round and SPA.
Ground floor: large living room, dining room, TV home cinema, independent kitchen with all mod cons, washing machine, dryer, wc, 1 bedroom 1 double bed 2 beds 90 private shower room and wc.
first floor: large games room with 2 sofas, billiards, baby, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, wc, bathroom, one double bedroom with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 4 single beds, private shower room and a small bedroom with private bathroom. underfloor heating heat pump.

Le descriptif correspond bien à la réalité des lieux.Les chambres et les couchages sont corrects. L'eau du Jacuzzi était bien chaude ainsi que celle de la piscine. Cette derniÚre est parfaite et bien orientée coté sud.Ce gite convient bien pour une famille de 15 personnes.Nous avons pu visiter la salle de traite avec robot de la ferme à proximité et assister à la distribution de nourriture pour les veaux . Je recommande ce gite et je remercie Madame Chauvet et son mari pour leur accueil et toutes les précisions apportées lors de nos rencontres.

What a wonderful holiday we had at this location, i would highly recommended staying here.The owners were very friendly and helpful.The house was just amazing and the huge indoor pool and jacuzzi were absolutely perfect, we spent most of our days in there.We will definitely be returning here!

Quel dommage que ce gĂźte, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© au demeurant, fasse l’objet d’un tel manque d’entretien : le mĂ©nage n’a pas Ă©tĂ© fait aprĂšs le dĂ©part du prĂ©cĂ©dent locataire, le jacuzzi etait inutilisable car pas nettoyĂ©, le robot de la piscine etait encrassĂ© et il a fallu qu’on le dĂ©monte et le nettoie pour pouvoir nettoyer la piscine avant de l’utiliser, des objets dangereux Ă©taient restĂ©s sur place alors qu’ils auraient dĂ» ĂȘtre mis Ă  la dĂ©chĂšterie. C’est vraiment dommage car il y a un trĂšs beau potentiel qui est gĂąchĂ© par nĂ©gligence. Or, au prix de la nuitĂ©e, on peut exiger que les prestations rĂ©pondent Ă  nos attentes. Heureusement, la propriĂ©taire nous a gentiment fait une remise sur le prix. J’espĂšre qu’elle tiendra compte de mes remarques car elle vraiment un beau gĂźte qui pourrait ĂȘtre bien mieux exploitĂ©.

Le gßte est spacieux, bien aménagé avec de nombreux couchages et plusieurs salles de bains. Les activités (billard, baby-foot, piscine et jacuzzi) sont géniales ! TrÚs bon accueil de la part de la propriétaire. Tous nos invités ont adoré.

un beau gßte mais des déceptions

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© Ă©tonnĂ© de constater que la piscine ne donnait pas directement dans la maison : nous Ă©tions obligĂ©s de passer dehors (fin octobre, rien de trĂšs sympa!). De plus une odeur dĂ©goĂ»tante dans ce local piscine et la propretĂ© qui laissait vraiment Ă  dĂ©sirer (de la mousse verte Ă©paisse sur les joints intĂ©rieurs de la piscine donc qui touche l'eau). L'annonce indiquait 5 chambres alors qu'il n'y en avait que 4 : un couple a donc dĂ» dormir avec les enfants... Certaines prises Ă©lectriques Ă©taient dangereuses car elles s'enlevaient du mur et laissaient des fils apparents. Au niveau propretĂ©, le mĂ©nage devait ĂȘtre fait trĂšs rapidement car nous avons eu beaucoup de poussiĂšres et des dessous de lit non aspirĂ©s ou balayĂ©s depuis trĂšs longtemps. Je ne recommande pas et suis trĂšs déçue.
