Welcome to Marion & Henry Lambertz!

Our generously proportioned holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Monschau-Kalterherberg.
With 5 bedrooms for max. 12 guests, we offer about 190 sqm spacious accommodation for your holiday. 3 bathrooms, a large living / dining room with open kitchen and a multipurpose room (playroom) you can not miss anything in the house.
A large terrace with sitting, grill, etc. and the large garden with play equipment for the children round out our offerings.
Dogs have a secure outlet in the garden.

This was a perfect house for our time in Germany. There were plenty of beds, linens and towels provided. The property was immaculate. Easy parking for our cars. They had everything we needed here from towel warmers in the bathrooms, a washing machine, plenty of toilet paper, fully stocked kitchen supplies (pots, pans, silverware), dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, a drying rack, all the way to little things like rubberbands and ziploc bags and tea bags and an instant tea kettle.The area is extremely quiet and peaceful with a nice long walking path into town. The windows all open to let in a cool breeze and they provided two sets of keys. 3 garbages are conveniently provided outside for paper, plastic and general trash with a basket for glass.There is a supermarket 3 minutes away by car or a 20-min walk which has everything you’d need.We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

Tolles Wochenende in Kalterherberg

Wir waren 3 Tage in diesem tollen Haus. Durch die hervorragende Einteilung der Räume, ist dieses Haus sehr gut für ein Familienwochenende mit Kinder, Enkeln und Hunden einfach ideal. Ländlich gelegen und doch rundherum viel zu entdecken. Das Haus selbst hat einen großen, eingezäunten Garten und eigener sich hervorragend für Kinder und Hunde. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Bäder sehr geräumig, neu und schön gestaltet. Wir warenit 7 Erwachsenen , 2 Kindern und 2 Hunden dort und kommen gerne irgendwann mal wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren Anfang Januar für 3 Tage mit 10 Personen Hund in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. Es war alles wie beschrieben. Sehr gemütlich und sauber. Sehr netter Vermieter, der auch während der Zeit für Fragen zur Verfügung stand, wenn es notwendig ist. Reichlich Feuerholz stand zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich hatten wir traumhaftes Winterwetter mit reichlich Schnee.

Großartiges Haus

Wir durften über ein Wochenende im Green Hill-Ferienhaus verbringen und es wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt hier gewesen sein. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, schön eingerichtet und außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und laden zum Verweilen ein. Der eingezäunte Garten mit den Alpakas in direkter Nachbarschaft sind sehr schön. Die Anzahl der Zimmer und der Bäder ist zudem sehr gut und gut durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
