House with veranda, square and parking space on the hills of Monopoli 8 km from the sea

The house was completely renovated in 2019 and boasts a 200 square meter square in Trani stone surrounded by dry stone walls, fruit trees, olive trees, cherry trees, figs and plants. The square is suitable as a relaxation area or for children to spend pleasant days of play. There is also a large avenue where you can park your car comfortably inside the structure.
The house has large outdoor spaces and a veranda where you can eat during the summer.
The house has two communicating bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a large bathroom with sink, shower and bidet, a kitchen and a dining room.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, serving dishes, pots and cooking utensils.
The furnishings of the kitchen and the double bedroom are new and modern in style.
Upon request, it is possible to equip one of the single beds in the structure with a safety edge for children.
There is a TV in the house.
The house is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture outside.
We offer the use of a clothesline and household cleaning products.
The owners wish all guests to spend a peaceful stay in the quiet countryside of Monopoli, away from city stress.
The owners, upon request, are available to agree when possible a change in the check-in time to meet guests' needs.
The house is located in a strategic position to reach the beaches of Monopoli and its wonderful historic center in a few minutes. In addition, a short distance from the hotel are the caves of Castellana, Ostuni the "white city", the excavations of Egnatia, Polignano a Mare, Locorotondo, Alberobello, the Zoo Safari of Fasano (the first wildlife park in Italy and one of the most large in Europe) and Matera.
Walking through the historic center of Monopoli is definitely an experience to do, with its narrow lanes and its enchanting views. It is a place full of history and typical places to taste the specialties of the Apulian cuisine.
In addition, for those who are not satisfied with the beautiful sea of Monopoli, there is the possibility to spend a fun day at the waterpark "Egnatia" in c. from Capitolo to Monopoli. Finally, from the structure it is possible to take walks along the country lanes, admiring dry stone walls, trulli, ancient olive trees and the characteristic Mediterranean scrub.
A few meters from the structure there is the Holy Family church with an adjoining children's playground.
The house does not have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher.
