The property has 3 floors,
Top floor:
Master Bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom shared with separate sitting area with a pull-out couch and work space
3 Bedrooms with Queen beds each with it's own full bathroom, closet, and fireplace
Laundry room
Elevator access on all 3 levels
Main floor:
Living Room with a Bar (unstocked but contains glasses)
2 Dining Areas with 8 seats each
Billiard room
Sunroom
Kitchen with subzero fridge and freezer, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, 3 warmers and electric stove top
Balcony with heating, outdoor seating, BBQ grill, pizza oven and wood fire place

For Events, main floor is ideal for smaller events up to 35 guests. It's important to note we usually allow up to 15 guests to stay at the property and there are fees for extra guests staying for the day at $15 per guest, and for extra overnight guests at $30 per guest

2 Bedrooms with Queen beds, one with access to the backyard and it's own half bathroom
Small room with a small pull-out couch
Full Bathroom to be shared by all staying in the basement

For Events the basement opens up to a stone covered area idea for small events, same rules apply as the main floor stated above
Outside:
There are two large ponds, the furthest away is deeper and ideal for fishing and swimming or other water activities as long as guests do safely and with precautions, the other is for viewing only
There is a hiking trail between the trees on the far right of the furthest pond
The 2 smaller buildings on the property are off limits to guests
For Outdoor Events there is a flat area that's about 5000 sq ft for tented events, we allow up to 70 guests for larger outdoor events/wedding. There will be extra fees related to event set up and additional rules to be adhered to
Guests are required to inform the Hosts of any events and/or extra guests expected or they will be asked to leave with no refunds
Guests have access to the house and land surrounding it with some limitations noted below,
Outdoor:
Guests have access to any area they like as long as they do so safely,
There are two smaller building on the property that are off limits,
For the two ponds, it is recommended to use life jackets in the larger pond, do not attempt to swim in the smaller pond, it's shallow but harder to get in and out of. Guests are allowed to fish in the large pond if they like,
Indoor:
Guests will have access to the whole house except the private apartment above the garage, it belongs to the Hosts, and they should avoid the electrical rooms in the basement, the doors will have a "Do not Enter" signs on them to help identify them. Hosts will not be at the house or apartment during bookings
This is a family owned home and we hope you treat it like it's your own
For Events/parties or Filming/professional photography please inform Hosts before booking, especially if the number of guests exceeds 15.
Smoking is absolutely prohibited inside the house. There is a balcony that guests can you use, it's on the main floor by the kitchen
