Monemvasia Winery Accommodation

The breakfast and dinner was very good. We stayed in a partial view room no 101, unfortunately the noise from the either lift or the resorts air conditioning main unit was unbearable all night (and we did have our air conditioning on) which spoilt the stay. location by the sea excellent.

The staff was helpful with a bag as we were on the 3rd floor. The benefit of the 3rd floor was the view of Monemvasia Island. The hotel is right by the bridge over to Monemvasia island. It is next to the bus station which saves some steps to the island. There are plenty of food options in the area. For us, this was more convenient than staying on the island and needing to carry bags on cobblestone streets and steps.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a great view of the rock. The gals who checked us in and out were wonderful. Our room was quiet and had everything we needed. Parking was free and close to our room. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options.

The hotel room was very clean with tea and coffee making TV balcony overlooking the sea and en suite. The receptionist was èxrremely helpful. There is plenty of street parking and ifs only 50 yds to the veach or the shuttle bus to Monemvasia island. There are lots of dhops and restaurants very close by includihg the Aktion under the same ownership abd serving very good dinners of traditional Greek food. Breafast is 10 euro pp. and is taken in the cafe attached to the hotel. It is buffet style with a tremendous choice.
